Employee Tuition Scholarships
Tuition benefits for programs that offer flexible class schedules can be a powerful recruiting and retention tool in today’s competitive landscape. Woods can engage in a more formal partnership where all employees may receive a tuition scholarship for degree or certificate programs. Most partnerships offer a 10% tuition scholarship and an application fee waiver, along with the opportunity to explore other ways of collaborating
